Join us for an introduction to the practice of meditation. The series will be led by Leigh Evans who has been a yoga and meditation practitioner for over 10 years. Leigh will share the benefits of meditation and why it is an important part of any wellness routine, and will guide us in a short practice.
Helpful suggestions: wear comfortable clothing, as we will be seated on the floor. Bring a journal with pen to write any reflections after our practice.
