In this six week series through a variety of mindfulness meditations we will bring awareness to the internal and external changes that take place within us and around us as we shift from winter to spring. With focused attention we will explore our minds and the sensations in our bodies as we release with purpose, creating space for new beginnings. In balance with the rebirthing of Mother Earth’s natural gifts, we will intentionally plant personal seeds to nurture and grow with openness and curiosity, awakening into spring.
