This all levels Vinyasa Yoga class synchronizes breath with movement which helps the student develop a greater sense of self-awareness, balance, and harmony. This class will emphasize smoothly flowing movements guided by the breath. Each class is unique, combining detailed cueing of the postures with an exploration into the spirit of yoga. This class is appropriate for all levels of yoga students who have some experience with yoga. The instructor will offer modifications for level 1 students as well as more challenging poses for advanced students.
